Human Resources Staffing Consultant

Opportunity for a Staffing Consultant for our Ontario operation. Based in Brampton, you will act as part of our team servicing primarily the GTA. I.T.S. specializes in staffing for logistics and warehousing. We are willing to train recent HR graduates looking to enter the workforce.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Building strong relationships with clients
• Assisting employers with their permanent or temporary staffing needs
• Acting as a consultant to clients to facilitate their staffing requirements.
• Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates for placement.
• Checking references and conducting any other pre-employment checks.
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates after placement, or while on temporary assignments.
• Maintaining the HRIS
• Learn, follow and comply with all company safe work procedures, safe operating procedures and policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer Service Orientation
• Familiarity with the ESA, WSIA/WSIB, OHSA and relevant legislation
• Experience in high volume recruitment preferred
• Flexible and able to work weekends and extended hours as required

Pay & Benefits

$43,000-$48,000 + bonus.  Benefits include medical, vision, dental, massage therapy and more.
